Fit Girl Strong Heart

The Fit Girl logo is very special to us and tells an inspiring story about a girl who learned she didn't have to choose.... (That girl is YOU.)

While it looks adorable (if we do say so ourselves) it's much more than a heart with a barbell. At its surface it may look like a metaphor for "WE LOVE WORKING OUT!" And while that may be true most of the time - it's more than that.

Fit Girls have strength and fierceness and power which is represented by the barbell. But we also have heart. A whole dang lot of it. Sometimes as women we are made to feel like we can't be both. And we're here to say EFF THAT. You are POWER. You are BEAUTY. You love fiercely and fiery, but gently and kindly too.   We are mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, and daughters. We are leaders, teachers, designers, scientists, therapists, and engineers.  We are everything we want to be and MORE. We are WOMEN, hear us ROAR.

WE ARE FIT GIRLS! And damn proud to call you our Fit Sisters.
